Is there a charge to attend your wine tastings?
There is a charge for the wine tastings at Ramblers and these tastings will include tapas or snacks to complement each wine served. There's no obligation to buy.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted, but we only take card payments over the phone. If ordering online, please be sure to include a working telephone number so we can contact you and process your card payment.
I'd like to order several cases for a party, can i return any unopened bottles?
Absolutely. Any unopened bottles will be refunded provided they are returned to us in the same condition.
Are there any additional taxes to pay on the wine I purchase from you?
All of the taxes due on your wine are included in our stated price. The only extra charge is a possible delivery fee (please see the first question).
What if I don't like the wine I've chosen?
Please contact us and let us know. We like happy customers at Carte du Vin and will always offer an alternative free of charge.
When will my delivery arrive?
Delivery within 20 mile radius normally within 48 hrs. By post within 7 working days.
How long does it take to process my order?
Order processing normally within 24 hrs unless we are away on vacation!
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer a 5% Discount on orders of 24 bottles or more. The discount will be applied after we receive your order, so don't worry if the shopping cart shows the normal price.
How do I get a discount code to use at checkout?
We will occasionally offer discount codes to repeat customers and at our events.
Can I download and print out a copy of your current wine list?
