These cakes are great for a pudding but of course lovely for afternoon tea

Oven temperature

Heat oven to 180°c/160°c Fan oven – 350°f – Reg 34


  1. Put cases in mini-bun tin.

  2. Add boiling water to cocoa powder mix until smooth

  3. In a bowl put all ingredient in and mix together with cocoa

  4. Spoon into bun tin

  5. Bake allow to cool

  6. Ice with melted chocolate

Cooks tips

You can make the buns in advance and freeze, take out in plenty of time and ice before serving
