The Team
Torquil Jack -
a brilliant doctor of chemistry who spent 30 years in the pharmaceutical industry . In 2010, he and Marian founded Carte-Du-Vin, a venture that has been thriving ever since. When he's not busy with work, Torq. loves to hit the golf course, play some tennis, and tend to his beloved allotment.
Marian Jack -
has been working in accounts since the age of 16 and now, after 50 years of hard work, is helping to run carte-du-vin and spend quality time with the grand-children. She has a passion for cooking and loves to find perfect recipes to pair with their exquisite wines.
