F A Q's

CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?

Yes. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted. 

When ordering online, you will receive an invoice and there is an option there to pay by card.

For any other payments please contact us with your full details and we will be in touch to take your payment.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

If you would like us to deliver your wine - there's no charge (30k radius of Micheldever).

For the rest of the UK, we charge

 

  • £8.99 for orders 1-6 bottles,

  • £11.99 for 7- 12 bottles,

  • £19.50 for 13 - 24 bottles,

  • £25.95 for 25  + bottles

  • ​

  • Northern Scotland & Ireland from £18.55

 

If you want your order delivered outside of the UK mainland, please contact us for special pricing. 

WHEN WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Delivery within 30k radius normally within 48 hrs. By post within 7 working days

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Order processing normally within 24 hrs, unless we are away searching out new wines to add to our list, then it may be a litter longer.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

We are happy to offer a full refund for any unopened bottles provided they are returned to us in the same condition. We do not offer a collection service so you will need to make your own arrangements for the return of goods.

I'D LIKE TO ORDER SEVERAL CASES FOR A PARTY, CAN I RETURN ANY UNOPENED BOTTLES?

Absolutely. Any unopened bottles will be refunded provided they are returned to us in the same condition. However no credit will be given on any delivery charges incurred in returning the unused bottles.
