Chicken & Chorizo Pasta Bake
Tasty easy supper for week day
Pre heat oven to 190°c 170°c fan – 375°f - Reg 5
Chop chicken into bite size pieces season by tossing in a plastic bag.
Heat oil and bake until sealed add chorizo, cook for further 5 mins approx.. until chorizo just releasing oil.
Put passata, cream and chilli flakes in a pan and bring a slow simmer for 5 minutes.
Grease an ovenproof dish and put pasta and chicken mixture in base and pour over sauce.
Grate all cheeses and sprinkle over the opt.
Put in oven for 30 minutes until top is bubbling and golden brown.
Whilst bake in the oven cook pasta as described on pack, drain and toss in a little oil to stop it sticking together.
Don’t over cook the chorizo, take off the heat when the oil starts releasing this stops the sausage tasting tough.

4 chicken fillets
Chorizo sausage sliced
200ml single ream
½ teaspn chilli flakes
50g cheddar cheese
50g mozzarella cheese
25g Parmesan cheese
