Introduction

This is a very quick and easy supper dish perfect for mid-week

Steps

  1. Cook pasta as per instruction on the packet

  2. In a wok melt butter and fry onion and bacon until just cooked.

  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes 

  4. Add cream, Roquefort and passata and stir over medium heat until the cheese is fully melted (do not let the mixture boil)

  5. Taste and add seasonings as required

  6. Pour over the pasta and serve.

Cooks tips

Pasta once cooked drain and put back in pan with a little olive oil to prevent it sticking together and you can then lightly re-heat if necessary.

Garnish with parsley
