Introduction

This easy fish dish is a great for mid-week treat and easy to make

Oven temperature

200°c/190°c fan – 400°f – Reg 6

Steps

Preparation

  1. Clean broccoli and divide into florets

  2. Peel and chop onion

  3. Chop parsley

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli until al dente

  2. Fry onion until just translucent add capers for 1 minute

  3. Grease ovenproof dish scatter broccoli and onion in the base and add fish

  4. Mix cream, mustard, most of parsley and seasonings and pour over the fish and vegetables. Put a few knobs of butter over the mixture.

  5. Put in the oven for approximately 20 minutes (do not over cook the fish make sure just cooked and still flaky

  6. Serve with basmati rice and sprinkle with reserved parsley.

Cooks tips

Ring the changes use prawns and chorizo works well with this sauce or add some mashed potato for a fish pie
