Core, slice or chop pears
Chop and roast walnuts
Arrange rocket leaves on a plate add pear and goat’s cheese
Sprinkle on cranberries and walnuts.
To make the dressing put all the ingredients in a jar and shake until all combined.
Drizzle a little on each salad and serve excess in a jar.
Cooks tips
Pears once cut will go brown so if you want to prepare them in advance add 2 tabs of lemon juice to some water and put the pear in this solution.
