Smoked Salmon Appetiser
Introduction
A delicious easy canape, you can make the rectangles smaller as easier to eat with a glass of sparkles!

Oven temperature
Preheat oven to 200°c fan 180°c – 400°f -Reg 6
Steps
Roll out pastry and cut approx. pieces 5cm x 10 cm
Score each rectangle 1 cm round the edge and prick centres with a fork
Place rectangles onto a greased baking sheet
Beat the egg and coat each piece
Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until cooked through and golden brown
Allow to cool completely
Top with cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemon zest.
Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and dill
Cooks tips
I use a flavoured cream cheese normally one with cracked black pepper.

1 egg
115g Cream Chees
100g smoked salmon
1 lemon
1 tsp capers
Fresh dill to Garnish
Black Pepper
