Mini Beef & Hummus Burgers
4 - 6 servings
Don’t use knife and fork, eat by hand and enjoy all the tastes!
Mix mince, garlic onion, herbs & seasoning
Add tomato puree, soy sauce, breadcrumbs and beaten egg to mince mixture.
Make into 6-8 small burgers and put in fridge at least an hour.
Put oil in frying pan and heat then cook each burger turning regularly until cooked.
If adding cheese (Emmental great with burgers) put on top of burgers so it lightly melts
Use either small baps or ciabatta brushed with a little oil and grill .
Make your burger by spreading firstly hummus then burger and toppings
If you are going to BBQ these burgers add an egg and cool well to keep them for breaking up.
some rocket/coleslaw caramelized onions etc into the bap accompanied by salad and French fries
500g lean beef mince
1 onion diced
2 garlic cloves
1 egg beaten
50g bread crumbs
1 tab tomato puree
2 tabs soy sauce
Oil to fry
