This year sees the start of our new venture providing wine and food tasting events for small groups.
Feb 21st and the refurbished Kitchen@CDV opened. We hosted one of our wine and food pairing evenings. One of the hits of the evening was Brussels Sprout soup which we paired with a delicious Sauvignon Blanc from South Hill vineyards Elgin South Africa. We plan to host lunch or evening meals for 8 - 12 people, serving 5 courses - each dish will be accompanied by a premium wine specially selected to complement the food,
